This Law may be cited as the Solid and Hazardous Waste (Amendment) Law of 2006 and shall be read as one with the Solid and Hazardous Waste Laws of 2002-2005 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Solid and Hazardous Waste Laws 2002-2006. The present Law introduces a new article (41A) which lays down the rules and procedures for extrajudicial regulation of offenses.
