Solid Waste Area Management Project Establishment Regulation (Man Reg. 60/98).

The present Regulation is enacted under the Regional Waste Management Authorities Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes the Solid Waste Area Management Project (S.W.A.M.P) which shall operate a waste site on the land described in section 5. The text consists of 7 sections.
