This Proclamation establishes the Agricultural Research Institute of the Southern, Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Regional State and provides with respect to its functions and powers, administration and internal organization. The Institute shall be accountable to the Regional Agricultural Research Board and the Regional Rural Development Coordination Bureau.
