The Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism exercising the powers conferred upon him by article 8(3) of the Specification of Petroleum Products and Fuel Law 2003, declares the General Chemistry Laboratory of State and the Chemistry Laboratory of the Cypriot Oil Refinery as the competent authorities for carrying out laboratory analysis on samples of petroleum products and fuel.
