These Regulations implement provisions of the Standards Act in relation with, among other things, the application for a licence to use of a standard mark, the granting of licences by the Bureau of Standards, the register of licences, restrictions on the use of standard marks, compulsory marking, registration of manufacturers, importers and processors, inspection and enforcement.
