This Decree, made under the Marine Protection Ordinance, declares certain areas as the Arikok National Park and provides that with another Decree a management authoririty shall be appointed for the Park. It also: defines the functions of the management authority; regulates access to the Park; andf prohibits certain activities in the Park including the damaging of fauna and flora.
