This Decree concerns the exemption regarding the prohibition of the importation and exportation of plant and animal species as provided for in section 11, first comma, of the Nature Protection Ordinance and based on Appendices I and I of CITES. The Decree further specifies the application sphere of the exemption and prescribes procedural requirements for the application for an exemption to the Minister and the decision on such application.
