State Decree to implement section 5, comma 2 of the Ordinance on Slaughter of Animals and Inspection of Meat.

This Decree makes provision for the protection of animals of infectious animal diseases listed in article 2. It specifies the measures as mentioned in the second comma of section 5 of the Ordinance on Slaughter of Animals and Inspection of Meat that may be take for the control of infectious diseases. The Decree also provides for isolation and treatment of livestock that is (possibly) infected.
