State Lands (Amendment) Act, 2000 (No. 74 of 2000).

The following new sections are inserted in the State Lands Act: A subsection (2) is added to section 10 concerning the registration of lease of state lands under the Real Property Ordinance. Every lease shall be notified to the Registrar-general together with a map, plan or diagram of the land leased.
