These Regulations transfer functions and connected rights and liabilities of the Minister for Planning and Environment to the Minister for Economic Development. These functions and related rights and obligations were granted to the Minister for Planning and Environment under the Sea Fisheries (Jersey) Law 1994, the Fish Health (Jersey) Regulations 1999 of Jersey and Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 and the Sea Fisheries Act 1968 of the United Kingdom.
