This Act makes modifications in the rules that govern the administration of specified statutory corporations controlled by the Federal Government and specified in the Schedule to this Act. Statutory corporations and companies affected by these modifications include: the Central Water Transportation Company Limited and the Nigerian Ports Authority.
An Act to effect a reconstitution of the board of the statutory corporations affected to redesignate the chief executive as managing director who shall be a full member but not the chairman of the board.
