Statutory Order No. 1061 of 1998 to amend the Statutary Order on Plant Protection Substances.

This amendment of the principal Order adds a new provisions which introduces a prohibition to posses plant protection products that contain active substances as specified in list A and B of Part 2 of the Schedule (art. 32A). Consequential amendments are made to other articles.
