Statutory Order No. 692 of 2001 to amend the Statutory Order on Plant Protection Substances.

This amendment of the principal Order concerns the introduction of a prohibition to sell or use plant protection substances that contain active substances listed in Part 9 of the Schedule after the dates indicated, following inclusion of those substances in Annex I of the Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market.
