These Regulations implement the Stock (Control of Hormonal Growth Promotants) Act by providing specifications on prescribed substances (sect. 3), application for registration by sellers of prescribed substances (sect. 4), registration of sellers (sect. 5), duties in relation to treating stock and related records (sects. 10-12), and on fees and offences.
