This Act regulates the breeding of animals and animal production for breeding purposes. It also sets out rules on animals' trade, hygiene requirements of their keeping and environmental conditions regarding to the livestock. Animals, according to this Act are: cattle, goats, horses, sheep, swine, poultry, donkeys, rabbits, bees and other domestic animals. It consists of 66 sections, divided into 10 Parts: General provisions (1); Breeding and production of animals (2); Insemination of animals (3)
