The present Law lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for inspection of animals for slaughter and meat. The text – consisting of 14 articles – deals with the following aspects: duty to pay fees, amount of fees, deadline and payment of fees, meat inspection fund, competent authorities, penalties, community law, transitional provisions, entry into force and repeal.
