Subsidies Guidelines on energy and climate protection - Energy and Climate Protection Guidelines.

The present Guidelines lay down provisions relating to the granting of public funding for projects increasing energy efficiency, use of renewable energy, development of innovative energy technology and climate and emissions protection. Article 3 lists potential beneficiaries for such subsidies and article 4 outlines the necessary conditions. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
