This Regulation concerns the control of air emissions and is divided in 4 Parts. Part 1 is dedicated to visible emissions, it contains provisions on certification of emission readers and also sets the maximum opacity of visible emissions. Part 2 refers to particulate release and determines, among others, the maximum concentration of particulates in each effluent stream from a source to the ambient air.
