These regulations aim at controlling the production, importation, exportation, placing on the market, use, recovery, recycling and reclamation as well as the destruction of the substances listed in Annexes I and II. These are substances which deplete the ozone layer. In particular, the production and the placing on the market of the substances referred to in regulations 5 and 6 shall be prohibited.
