Suckler Cow Premium Ordinance 2001.

The present Ordinance lays down implementing measures for the suckler cow premium scheme provided for in article 6 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1254/1999 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal. Article 2 establishes that the "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is entrusted with the enforcement of this Ordinance. The text consists of 3 articles.
