This Act amends sections 4 and 15 of the Sugar Cane Growers Fund Authority Act with respect to financial assistance from the Fund for the rehabilitation of farms affected by drought conditions. The amendments shall continue until financial assistance is no longer needed, as certified by the Minister by notice in the Gazette after consultation with the Select Committee.
