This Act amends the Sugar Cane Growers Fund Authority Act with respect to financial assistance from the Fund for the rehabilitation of farms affected by drought conditions. Sections 4 and 15 of the principal Act are amended by repealing the amendments respectively made to them by sections 2 and 3 Sugar Cane Growers Fund (Amendment) Act 1998. Section 4 of the principal Act is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection- “(5) Any sum paid out of the Fund in the form of financial assi
