These Regulations amend the Sugar (Imports, Exports and By-products) Regulations, 2003 in regulation 6 by substituting a provision that requires the Kenya Sugar Board to determine annually the amount of refined sugar required by manufacturers and for the domestic market. The Board shall, on the basis of its estimate, invite tenders or offers for auction from importers.
