The Vessel Momitoring System (VMS) installed on a live fish carrier shall include the Automatic Location Communication (ALC) and its operation setting software, satellite antenna and computer equipment. Fishing vessel monitoring system should have dual functions of vessel position tracking and data return (including catches). The system must be able to implement the fishery data input software developed by the Fisheries Department and transmit the catch information.
