This Decree establishes the fees to be collected by the Ministry of Environment and Water and by the municipalities under the Reduction of the Harmful Impact of Waste upon the Environment Act, and the payment conditions. The Decree of the Council of Ministers contains 1 chapter, Transitional and Concluding Provisions and 1 annex.
