Every tea packer shall apply for a registration and shall be required to register with the Tea Board of Kenya in the prescribed manner. Every packer shall deliver to the Board a monthly return stating the tea packed in the previous month and the source of such tea. Packing of tea in contravention of this rule is declared an offence which may bring about imprisonment. (6 regulations)
