The Act provides for the insitution of the Tea Research Board, its functions and tasks in promoting scientific and technological research in the fields of tea production and manufacturing, in administering the Tea Research Institute, and lobbying with national and international research institutions.Moreover, the Board shall manage funds, personnel and tea research sites in order to achieve the expected results.
