These criteria concern organic agricultural products and the personnel concerned with their production. The criteria refer to the preparation of internal regulations for matters related to storage of organic agricultural products and organic agricultural product processed food. Section 3 relates to the qualifications and number of persons in charge of a subdivision. Section 5 relates to the qualifications relevant for grading labelling staff.
