This Order amends the Territorial Sea Act 1987 (Jersey) Order 1997, which extends the Territorial Sea Act 1987 to Jersey, to take account of the maritime boundary established between France and Jersey in accordance with an Agreement between the United Kingdom and the French Republic, signed at St Helier on 4 July 2000 (Cm 5024).
