This Order amends the Territorial Sea (Limits) Order 1989 in respect of coordinates set out in the Schedule. This amendment reflects the agreement between the United Kingdom and France that the coordinates of the points defining the territorial sea boundary between the United Kingdom and France in the Straits of Dover should be reformulated in World Geodetic Datum System 1984.
