The present Law implements the Animal Disease Act in its consolidated version of 22 June 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1260). The text consists of 36 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Authorities and tasks (I); Animal Disease Fund (II); Entities bearing costs to fight animal disease (III); Final provisions(IV).
