Thüringen Ordinance on reporting according to the Plant Protection Act.

The present Ordinance implements article 9 of the Plant Protection Act of 14 May 1998 (BGBl. I p. 971, 1527, 3512). Article 1 establishes that whoever uses or imports plant protection products shall report it to the Agriculture Office. Moreover, he or she shall prove to have expertise in the use of pesticides. The text consists of 4 articles.
