The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to certain hazardous substances and the reduction of water pollution through specific programmes. Article 2 establishes that he parameters indicated in Annex 2 are applicable to surface waters to protect aquatic symbiosis and human health. Article 3 establishes that the competent Ministry shall implement specific programmes to reduce pollution of surface waters. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
