Third Ordinance amending the Packaging Waste Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Packaging Waste Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1572). In particular, article 8 dealing with bottle deposit and obligation of taking back bottles is reworded, as well as article 9 dealing with packaging of detergents and chemical cleaning agents.
