Tobacco (Prescribed Classes) Regulations (Cap. 237).

These Regulations prescribe the class or classes of tobacco which shall be auctionable or non-auctionable tobacco for the purposes of the Tobacco Act as specified in the second column of the Schedule, opposite the said specified classes.
