These Regulations have been made under the Tanzania Tobacco Board Act, 1984. They regulate the cultivation and marketing of tobacco. The 53 regulations are divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Plant protection rules (II); Contract farming (III); Marketing procedures (IV); Tobacco inspectors (V); Licences and fees (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).
