The Act is divided into a Title and three Parts and 14 sections: in Part I the territorial sea of Tokelau is defined; Part II provides for the establishment of the Exclusive Economic Zone and regulates to a certain extent foreign fishing; Part III contains general provisions concerning enforcement, regulation making powers and legal proceedings.
