This Act, consisting of 39 sections divided into eight Chapters, creates the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan under administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Authority, as body corporate have perpetual succession and common seal with powers, comprising the Chief Executive, the Secretary and officers of the Authority as determined by the Board.
