No person shall sell (whether by wholesale or retail) liquid cow milk or package or distribute for sale within Jamaica such liquid milk unless such milk is 100 percent whole milk. Contravention of this prohibition may be punished with a fine not exceeding three thousand dollars or a term of imprisonment with or without hard labour not exceeding twelve months. (2 sections)
