Article 1 of the above-mentioned Agreement establishes that the bodies responsible for waste water disposal in the respective Länder may stipulate public agreements on waste water disposal. This cross-boarder cooperation shall facilitate the public tasks of disposal of industrial sewages. The text consists of 5 articles.
