The Länder Niedersachsen and Sachsen-Anhalt shall unify the National Park Harz of Lower Saxony and the National Park Harz of Sachsen-Anhalt under a common administration, advisory Board and scientific Board establishing the basis for a common plan for the areas of the national park. The text consists of 10 articles.
