This Order amends the Tuberculosis Control Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 by replacing article 11(A) on the right of a person or the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to lodge an appeal to a tribunal of persons, appointed by the Department for the purpose, if dissatisfied with the determination of the market value of any animal.
