The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Marine Fisheries Fine Ordinance (BGBl. I [. 1355).In particular, it rewords article 12 on Implementation of certain requirements as to fish catching in the Baltic Sea. Furthermore, it amends article 18 dealing with penalty provisions in general.
