Twelfth Ordinance amending the Ordinance implementing common fishing rights.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance implementing common fishing rights (BGBl. I p. 1355). In particular, in articles 1, 2, 7, 11, 12, 16 and 18, it replaces «Council Regulation (EG) No. 603/2004 of 22 March 2004» by «Council Regulation (EG) No. 1568/2005.
