The present Ordinance implements the Tyrol Nature Protection Law 2005(LGBl. No. 26). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the wilful elimination, damaging or destruction of wild-growing mushrooms or parts of them are banned. However, the collection of single samples for the purpose of research and teaching is admitted.
