Upper Austria Law amending the Upper Austria Nature and Landscape Protection Law 2001.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Upper Austria Nature and Landscape Protection Law (LGBl. No. 129). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 1 dealing with the implementation of Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora. The text consists of 3 articles.
