Upper Austria Law amending the Upper Austria Plant Protection Law 2002.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Act 2002 (BGBl. No. 67/2002). In particular, it amends article 10 dealing with transfer of competences by local authorities to other entities. Moreover, it introduces minor amendments to articles 13 and 14.
