The present Ordinance introduces a waste management plan for the whole Land of Upper Austria. It lays down provisions relating to the stock, collection, transportation and treatment of non hazardous waste. Inter alia, it aims to reduce the annual total amount of waste and its content of harmful substances (quantitative and qualitative waste prevention).
