The present Act is made under the Provincial Parks Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the use of snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, a motorcycle or any two-wheeled motorized conveyance except on a year-round vehicle access road or vehicles for farming purposes.
