This Act merges the Palau Water and Sewer Corporation, created by RPPL No. 8-31, with the Palau Public Utilities Corporation, which was created by RPPL No. 4-13, and provides anew with respect to powers, functions, organization and administration of the Palau Public Utilities Corporation (PPUC).
